Printact sent 35 participants and management staff for the 3 days intensive event. Yeah. YEAH. TEAM BUILDING WELL DONE and upmost joyful and memorable moment to cherish by every single individual who attended this. SYLee conducted DISC and SMART goal setting for the top management team.
DISC and new DISC is particularly important for working in teams and the leadership characteristics choice. SMART goal setting is closely related to KPI setting and the performance evaluation.
