Technical Team Building
29 May to 1 June 2025, 4 days 2 nite for trainers, and 3 days 2 nights for participants.
CatEagle organized and completed the “Convergent Distribution Sdn Bhd” technical team building at Club Med Cherating Terenganu. CatEagle set the theme and navigate training entirely on characters building in accordance to DiSC method. All games and activities as well as the lectures were targeted on DiSC method appropriate for the character building and relationship bonding for the company. The CatEagle speaker, games master and MC was Dr Samuel Chew, coordinator Daniel Loh, trainer Dr SY. The aims of the training is to enhance efficiency, productivity and working attitudes.
